Island Flow Yoga, LLC is a small and independent business, that designs and hosts retreats at carefully curated locations. We put a lot of effort, time and love in the whole planning process. Please read carefully our terms and conditions, before booking a retreat. By paying your deposit, you indicate that you have read, and agreed on the terms below.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All deposits and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any cancellations done 91 days or more prior to retreat start date: Participants may be eligible for a single transfer of their deposit to another IFY Retreat within the same calendar year if available and only if the spot on their originally booked retreat is filled by another guest.
Any cancellations done 0-90 days prior to retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Island Flow Yoga is not responsible for any of the following, and there will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury, loss, accidents or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
Retreat Final Balance Late Payments: If you have booked in the Early Bird Pricing window, and your payment is not received within 48 hours of your booking, your invoice will move to Regular Pricing and be updated with the dollar difference between the pricing. If your invoice is Regular Pricing, and your payment is not received within 48 hours of its due date, a $200 late fee will be added. Each individual retreat has its own payment schedule/due dates in its description.
**Any payments not received within 10 days of their scheduled due date is subject to a non-refundable forfeiture of your booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Island Flow Yoga is not responsible for any of the following, and there will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury, accidents or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
IN CASE WE HAVE TO CANCEL
If, for any reason, we have to cancel the retreat, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a full refund on any payments you have made to us. However, Island Flow Yoga will not be held accountable for travel related expenses, or anything that came up during the process of organizing your journey.
Island Flow Yoga has the right to make changes to the retreat, the itinerary and program due to unforeseen reasons. We always strive to make choices that are the most comfortable and safe for our guests.
